Вряд ли это депо метрополитена, т.к. вагоны не метрошные, к тому же не видно портала туннеля. Одно из двух депо метро Пхеньяна (ТЧ-1 "Пулгынбель") уже найдено - оно намного меньше этого, стоят другие вагончики, явно виден портал туннеля.
Второе депо (ТЧ-2 "Квангбок") находится где-то неподалеку, но это вряд ли оно...

"Underground Facility: This is either a testing site or a submerged command and control station." Really? It ~is~ walled off and it ~does~ have its own railway spur line, and that ~is~ unusual, but there are no visible portals (at least that I can see) indicating underground activity. PS 'submerged' means under WATER not under ground. Still, good spotting of an odd feature.
